Playa Blanca Resort, Residences & Hotel is a various phase project that offers both luxurious residential and modern commercial complexes.

Currently in progress is the construction of the lagoon which will be the second largest swimming pool in the world. Residents and members will be able to enjoy multiple amenities such as snack bar, restaurant, running track, world class spa, outdoor gym, and water rental facilities.

Also in construction you will find the progress in the Town Center commercial and residential units. Town Center residential units come fully equipped with one or two bedrooms, competitive prices and, best of all, guaranteed rental income for one year! Town Center residents and guests will be able to enjoy amenities such as trendy boutiques, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants and not to mention the second largest swimming pool in the world.

Terrazas Tower as well as Terrazas Townhouses will be delivered in early 2010.
